What to bring along

Every screening takes roughly fifteen minutes, and family members are welcome to walk in together. You will receive printed test results immediately, along with straightforward consultations on next steps for your health.

No advance appointment or insurance card is necessary to receive care. Bringing a photo ID and a current medication list helps our nursing staff give you precise guidance, but nobody is turned away if paperwork is missing.

Host a screening day

We partner with Indiana churches, civic centers, and public libraries to run free neighborhood health clinics. If your building has open space and table seating, connect with our mobile team.
